Call for Participation
First NSK Citizens’ Congress Poster competition
We are inviting you to participate in the First NSK Citizens’ Congress Poster competition.
The Congress will bring together citizen delegates and NSK members for the first time since the creation of this unique state in time in 1992. The event is an exploration and celebration of the NSK state and we are seeking designs that reflect this. It is not necessary to use or refer to NSK motifs, but the selected design must express the spirit and significance of the state and the congress in a dynamic and memorable form.
Posters should be submitted in digital form (high resolution pdf) of the size 100 x 70 cm, portrait or landscape.
The poster must include the following text:
First NSK Citizens’ Congress
Berlin, October 21st – 23rd, 2010
The logo of the congress should also be included in the design. You can download it from here.
The submission deadline is June 15, 2010.
Your designs should be send by email to posters[at]nskstate.com
The competition is open to all and entrants do not need to be NSK passport holders.
You may submit up to a maximum of 3 designs for the competition.
Please note that taking part in this competition does NOT entitle you to participate as a delegate at the congress.
First prize - 1000 euro
Second prize - 600 euro
Third prize - 400 euro

We will add further details to the winning poster (event timings etc.) and re-produce different variants of the poster according to the requirements of the event.

Terms & conditions
Irwin and The Organising Committee of the First NSK Citizens’ Congress have the right to print the chosen posters in any size and quantity and reproduce them in any printed or digital form.
The authors retain the moral rights for their works and they can freely use the poster as well for various occasions and exhibitions.
All submitted posters can be used for the series of the exhibitions or for the Volk Art exhibitions. Irwin and The Organising Committee of the First NSK Citizens’ Congress have the first right to buy also non-awarded posters for collection at a price agreed separately with each author.
