On a cold Saturday morning, a few passers-by watched a group of activists walk around the city with brushes, duct tape, and containers of wallpaper glue and stick black-and-white posters.
The action began in front of the Slovenian parliament building, at eight in the morning, at a windy eight degrees below zero. A Guerrilla poster action with a single purpose: to stick posters in different locations, so that they are visible, to distract the eye, to attract attention, to anger, to stimulate a response.
The activists in question were no other than the New Collectivism studio, together with friends and citizens of the NSK State.
