The premiere concert of the WAT album will happen in Trbovlje - birth city of Laibach - on the 24th of July in Delavski Dom- in the very same venue where Laibach was expelled from on the 27th of September 1980. After the concert Laibach have also arranged an after show party on the Kum mountain close to Trbovlje.
Concert will start at 22:00
The program will last approximately 1 hour as Laibach will only present the concert material from the WAT record.
There will be no tickets on sale and as the capacity of the venue is limited, there will be only a guest list for the foreign guests. Everybody who wants to come to this concert should send an email to info@nskstate.com or use the contact form of our web site and then we will try to include his or her name to this limited guest list.
Submissions will be accepted till 15th of July and we advice you to come to Ljubljana latest till noon the 24th.
Transportation:
Local transport from Ljubljana to Trbovlje, Kum and back to Ljubljana is organized. A bus will be waiting for you on Metelkova street, in front of Metelkova hospital, very near to Celica ho(s)tel and Park hotel, at 18:15
After the concert mountain busses will pick you up, in front of the venue (Delavski dom) and take you to the mountain Kum for the after show party. Party will go on till 3:30 - 4:00, when busses are going to drive you back to Trbovlje and Ljubljana.
Hotels:
There are no hotels in Trbovlje, so people should use the ones in Ljubljana.
We specially suggest newly opened ho(s)tel CELICA (ex prison). Prices: two persons in two bed room € 30, one person in two bed room € 25, Breakfast excluded.
If rooms in CELICA are not available, we suggest HOTEL PARK (near CELICA), where rooms are 45 EURO per person (breakfast included). Park Hotel is fully booked till the 3rd of July, and we suggest reservations in advance.
